These guys will take care of you and they love to have you follow up with them - even if their solution didn't work. They are very interested in the customer's experience.
This has the old store style service. They also do glass, screen, & key service. They have alot of hard to find items as well as a full nut, bolt, screw, & nail selection.
I've been going there for 20 years, and have always found what I need at great prices; especially odd items you can't find elsewhere. The guys there rock!!! Martins is a solid piece of small town Americana that's disappeared elsewhere in this country; and I'm glad this town has them!!!
These guys are the best! The only time I go to Lowe's or Home Depot is for lumber or mulch which they don't carry. Ron Bill and Steve (Martin - who looks like Steve Martin!) have often given me advice changing products to a lower cost product that completed the task that I described. Also, they often have products that no one else has in stock (like today Japanese beetle bags). I am in and out of there and back home doing my job before I would even finish parking at Lowes or wandering through that caverness building to find someone who can tell me where the thing I'm looking for is!
